At Soft Skills India, we develop and continually update our training material to meet client needs. Our material is enhanced by the personal and professional experiences of our faculty. We customise programs to the backgrounds and current levels of the trainees.
Training is not passive : your skills will not improve by just listening to us talk to you. You have to participate in the classroom. We ask for your opinions and encourage you to ask questions aboout how you can apply what we teach you to your own work situations.
Learning soft skills involves both theory and practice. You need to understand the theory, be able to relate it to your work and life, and have an opportunity to put concepts into practice.
At Soft Skills India, we provide trainees with a strong conceptual foundation and require that you actively participate in exercises and simulations to reinforce the concepts and utilize the skills that you have just learned.
Leveraging of CBT
The training that takes place at Soft Skills India combines multimedia content in a Computer-Based Training environment. This is particularly valuable for trainees who seek to develop their English language skills.
Soft Skills India uses instructors with different levels of experience and expertise to most effectively meet different training needs. All trainers are expected to pass stringent internal guidelines for domain knowledge and training capability. Trainers have at least 3 to 5 years experience in industry knowledge or teaching/training experience. They are further trained in the Soft Skills India approach to training. Our trainers are passionate about helping people develop their skills.
In addition to client satisfaction surveys, we do our own evaluation of trainer performance. Trainers who are not performing up to our very high expectations are given further training and development before being allowed back into the classroom.
